These Terms apply primarily to consumers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under Swedish or applicable EU law.
1. Eligibility to purchase
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, and have authority to use the selected payment method.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary by screen, measurements may vary within reasonable tolerances, and minor differences may occur between product batches.
3. Prices and taxes
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers include applicable Swedish VAT. Delivery costs and other charges are shown before checkout is completed.
4. Placing an order
The products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order. A binding agreement is normally formed when we send an order confirmation.
5. Right to reject or cancel an order
We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if the product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is a clear error, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot be completed.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. A payment provider’s own terms may also apply, but they do not replace your rights against us as the seller.
7. Delivery
We deliver to destinations shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes when you or a designated third party physically receives the goods.
8. Delivery delays
If delivery is delayed, you may have the right to require delivery, set an additional deadline, cancel the purchase, or claim compensation where legal requirements are met.
9. Uncollected deliveries and incorrect addresses
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, delivery was refused without lawful grounds, or the parcel was not collected, we may charge reasonable documented costs to the extent permitted by law.
10. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
11. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception is interpreted narrowly and does not affect rights relating to defective products.
12. Returns following withdrawal
You must return goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
13. Defective or incorrect products
Swedish consumers generally have a right to complain about an original defect for three years from receipt of the product.
Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or compensation.
14. Care instructions and normal wear
We are not responsible for damage caused solely by normal wear, misuse, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorised alteration, or use outside the intended purpose.
15. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may be subject to stated time limits, product restrictions, order-value conditions, and combination rules.
16. Gift cards
Where gift cards are offered, their validity period and conditions will be disclosed at purchase.
17. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, text, and software are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property law.
18. Reviews and user content
By submitting content, you confirm it is lawful, genuine, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
19. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
20. Liability
We are responsible for loss to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited.
21. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect.
22. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

25. Changes to these Terms
The version accepted when the order was placed normally applies to that order.
26. Severability
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
